World Championship!

Uncle Mark was so kind to send us a little package with some celebration-items, now that Holland was playing against Denmark. He wanted to make sure we cheered for the right team... ahem...
No, we have not been beaten up - yet ;-)

Rainy days

Unfortunately my computer broke down, so I havent been so good at updating the blog recently. But here goes... Uuuh, alot happened, I guess. Signe and Lisa are both growing extremely fast; Signe is about to go on summervacation from school, and in August she starts 1st grade. She reads now and getting pretty good with numbers as well.. Big girl! Lisa is becomming very much a rascal - like her father - and she wants to do everything all the time - at once. She can be quite the handfull nowadays.
Odin is busy at work, and Im slowly getting back to work as well. I attended some meetings and such, to plan the upcomming schoolyear.
The house and garden are just lovely! - we plan to paint the house this summer, and the garden is blooming like never before. Its really very nice - and yes, we made sure to enjoy it all, taking out the barbecue and beer :-)

The summedays are supposed to be here, I guess, but all we get is rain these days. Im really hoping for some nice weather soon, we need it after the long and cold winter we had.

Nurse-visit

Yesterday it was time to take a clsoer look at Lisa. The nurse came to the house and examined her and had a talk about how it´s going. Lisa is now 72,5 cm long and weighs 8,7 kilo. She´s developing speach normally, says all the sounds she should be at this stage and she moves somewhat like she should. She was "tested" for 3 things;
Standing on her feet, with a flat foot on the ground - ok
Sitting by herself - ok
When falling to the sides, support with a hand on the floor - no
So we need to roll her over alot to stimulate her sense of falling/rolling, and in a month or so, she should be reaching down for support, when she falls.
She got 2 teeth! - the middle ones on the bottomside. They are still hard to see, but they are there.

So all in all, Lisa is in perfect shape and she was very happy and chatty when the nurse was here :)

Lisa loves music

Lisa has begun to ract upon music. Whenever she hears music, she starts to move/dance in a certain way. I managed to get some on tape ...

Daddy´s day off

On Daddy´s day off we went to the new mall to try out the latest fashion, and to have lunch :-)

Gamer-baby

I dont know why I act surprized about this picture, because I should have known that the time would come - I just didnt think it would come so soon... Odin is trying his best to make the girls into real Gamer-Girls, and here´s the proof...

Lisa in the "walk-chair"

We enharited this walking chair from Lasse, my cousins boy, and Lisa is now big enough to use it. She loves sitting in it, and today she managed to make it move! :-)
